Services and Fees

Constellation Speech Therapy is an out-of-network provider. Fee information is discussed during consultation.

All services are private pay (or self-pay). If you would like to see if your insurance company will pay for services, you will need to contact them about out-of-network coverage. I am happy to provide a Superbill – a detailed invoice of services that you might use to file a claim with your insurance upon request.

Payment is due at the time services are provided.

In the case of a Summer Intensive or a similar package, fees may be required prior to the start of services.

Initial Consultation – 20-30 min Free
A brief conversation to see if you've found what you are looking for.

Teletherapy Session – 45 min
The convenience of direct therapy from your own laptop in your own home. Sessions may include a quick conference with a parent as needed. Offered to anyone in Texas.

In-Person Session - 45 min
Limited service area in San Antonio; call to determine availability and scheduling.

Parent Consultation/Training – 30 min
For parents only. Services are consult only and do not include direct services with the child nor evaluation. Home language samples will be requested once a consultation is booked and should be provided at least 48 hours before the appointment to allow time for review. Since this service is consultation only, it is open to a world-wide audience.

Gestalt Language Evaluation
The evaluation consists of at least 2 45-minute evaluation sessions and an interview with the person. A written report with a description of the child's current language stage and recommendations will be provided.

Stuttering Evaluation
The evaluation consists of a 60-minute session. A written report with a description of the client's stuttering patterns and recommendations will be provided.

Struggling Reader Informal Screening
For some services, such as reading support, informal screenings are used to determine current abilities, inform intervention, and check progress. Screenings are conducted in a 30-45 minute session. A description of the screening findings is shared with the parent. This information does not diagnose a reading disability.
